Whether your destination calls for the perfect business environment, retail avenue, playground or residential community, The Forum at Fort Myers captures just what you need:

The Forum at Fort Myers is situated in the path of progress for virtually all southwest Florida development. Since the turn of the century, growth has progressed north from Naples to Fort Myers, Fla. along the I-75 corridor. Similar to the 1960s boom in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, another major Florida metropolitan node is underway. The Forum at Fort Myers is one of the few remaining available destinations.

Southwest Florida is one of the fastest growing, most affluent regions in the state. Lee and Collier Counties are recognized as development “hotbeds” with one of the highest number of building permits issued than in any other county in the United States. Simply stated – over 30% of all people who move to Florida, move to the Southwest region. It is a destination for the affluent “baby boomer” generation seeking the ideal lifestyle or a premier retirement destination.

The Forum at Fort Myers is nestled between two major interchanges on I-75: State Road 82 and Colonial Boulevard. No other master-planned community provides a premier level of visibility to over 70,000 vehicles per day.

Bordering I-75 to the west and an environmentally protected Cypress slough on the east, The Forum at Fort Myers is one of the largest continuous developments on I-75 and the only one that has direct dual access to the Interstate. These interchanges (State Road 82 and Colonial Boulevard) are the major east/west arteries in Fort Myers connecting Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral.

The infrastructure is in place to support a
flourishing, master-planned community. In
place are paved streets and boulevards, lighting
and an underground utility system including
electric, water and sewer, telephone and fiber
optic telecommunications.

The Forum at Fort Myers is currently zoned for a wide variety of uses including office, light industrial, R&D, retail, hotel, multi-family and commercial.
